Jodi Rogers is a freedom-driven entrepreneur, property professional, and long-term investor with over 25 years of experience in the property industry.
Before the age of 20, Jodi had already launched her first business. By her late 20s, she had purchased her first investment property. Those early decisions shaped a lifelong focus on independence, ownership, and financial control.
THE EXPERIENCE
Fully licensed since 2009, she has operated through multiple market cycles, including the Global Financial Crisis, interest rate rises, tightening credit conditions, and regulatory changes.
She understands how markets move, how lending shifts, and how strategic investors adapt rather than react.
